BioTed is the Gold Guardian of the Council of Guardians, which means that he is the Guardian of Life. He takes his responsibilities very seriously. Even more seriously than he took his responsibilities as the Lesser Black Guardian, in charge of mischief, Ted's former position. He still likes to make some mischief, it's just no longer his primary purpose.
In one universe, Ted's favorite universe, the universe that's collapsing, Ted is Ted McShane, the husband of Ace McShane. He and his wife live in a lovely house in Ealing with their pet goat. His best friend (besides Ace) is Reinette, the Madame dePompadour. He also likes her husband, Crepes, too.
Ted is a vegetarian and doesn't eat potatoes, because he knows too many nice animals and too many nice potatoes. He likes being naked, because he's proud of the body he made for himself, but he respects the squeamishness of Ephemerals.
Not Ted, not Robbie Williams. Because of his nature, Ted can exist in multiple universes. He's not omnipotent, but he comes close. The Gold Guardian is some one-off idea from a Doctor Who novel. I don't own it. Ted, however, is an original character, and he is my property.
Ted "speaks" with a very thick accent from nowhere in particular. I tone it down when playing with other people for the first time, but it'll be in archived fic and roleplaying threads.
